Sobre este evento
America's first settlement house turns 140 and throws open Eldridge Street in front of the 1898 headquarters it has occupied ever since. Free food, a ping-pong tournament, art-making, dance parties and performances fill the block — a party that doubles as a piece of Lower East Side social history, staged by the organisation that helped write it.
