Glosat is Mallorcan improvised sung verse, two performers trading rhymed insults and observations in Catalan, made up on the spot. Maria de la Salut devotes a whole fair to it. You will not follow every line unless your Catalan is sharp, but the timing, the heckling and the crowd's reaction carry the evening regardless.
