An hour of open-air yoga in the cobbled heart of Temple Bar, under the square's distinctive umbrella canopies, every Tuesday lunchtime through the summer. Classes are pitched to be workable for beginners as well as regulars, and the square's retractable roof means Irish weather rarely cancels it. Roll out a mat and take an hour back from the working day.
