The Association of Plastic Artists of Bucharest sets up canvases and materials outside Kretzulescu Church for both days of the Străzi Deschise weekend, and invites passers-by to paint. Sessions run through the afternoon and early evening, materials are provided, and no experience is expected — it is aimed squarely at people who happen to be walking past.
