A four-film Martin Šulík retrospective plays out across August in the leafy Mičurin amphitheatre above the city. Krajinka opens the run — Šulík's episodic, gently absurd portrait of a Slovak village across the twentieth century. Bring a jumper: the amphitheatre sits on a wooded slope and cools quickly once the screen lights up.
