French pianist Philippe Giusiano plays the afternoon recital beneath the art nouveau Chopin Monument, in the 67th season of a Warsaw summer institution running every Sunday until late September. There is no seating plan and no stage barrier: people spread blankets on the grass, the rose garden is a few steps away, and the sound carries across the whole basin.
