About this event
Traditional Japanese musicians Dozan Fujiwara and Joji Murasawa bring shakuhachi and koto into a Lithuanian baroque church, in a programme built around the classic "Sea of Spring". It is the most unexpected night of the summer cycle: two instrumental traditions that were never meant to meet, in a space whose reverberation flatters both. Free admission.
Why we picked it
Japanese traditional instruments in a Vilnius baroque church is a genuine one-off, and it costs nothing.
