Argentine tango takes over the museum rooftop for a midweek evening of social dancing high above the Neris. Vilnius has a quietly devoted tango scene, and these open-air sessions are its most welcoming shop window: come to dance, or come to watch from the terrace edge with the Old Town spires in the background.
