About this event
The alumni choir and orchestra of Hamburg's Christianeum bring Brahms's German Requiem to the Elisabethkirche in Wieden, conducted by Dietmar Schünicke, formerly of the Hamburger A-Chor. Brahms was an honorary citizen of Hamburg and spent his working life in Vienna, which makes this particular choir in this particular city a neat closing of a circle.
