About this event
The WUK — a former locomotive factory occupied in 1981 and never given back — turns 45, and throws open its whole rambling complex for a day. Expect the courtyard, the workshops, the studios and the stages all in use at once, which is the only way to see how much is actually going on inside this building. The organisers state free entry outright for the party.
Why we picked it
Vienna's landmark occupied culture house opens its entire complex for a 45th-birthday party at no charge.
Free entry
"feiern wir 45 Jahre WUK mit einem großen Geburtstagsfest bei freiem Eintritt"; city record states cost "Gratis"
