The UNESCO-listed Water Tribunal meets again at the cathedral's Apostles' Door: eight farmers in traditional black smocks resolve irrigation disputes from the huerta in Valencian, following a rite dating back to the Moorish era. Sessions are brief, so arrive a little before noon.
