As the Gran Fira de Juliol reaches its climax, a fiery correfoc led by Interpenyes de Paterna and els Dimonis de Mislata snakes through central Valencia along Calle de la Paz, drums pounding and sparks flying. It culminates at the Porta de la Mar with a full pyrotechnic castle by Pirotecnia Zaragozana lighting up the summer sky — a free, adrenaline-charged Valencian tradition.
