About this event
Estonia restored its independence at 23:03 on 20 August 1991, and the square built to mark it hosts the city's annual open-air concert every year since. The 2026 bill pairs singers Birgit Sarrap and Ott Lepland with the Tallinn Police Orchestra. It is a genuinely civic afternoon, more communal singalong than showcase, and free to all.
