About this event
Every hour on the hour from noon to half eight, students of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre play a half-hour set in the middle of Viru shopping centre, hosted by Erik Hermakula. The line-up moves through kannel, wind orchestra, a saxophone ensemble, cellos, jazz players, classical singers, a string quartet and two pianists.
Why we picked it
Nine distinct half-hour programmes in a shopping centre — the easiest way in the city to stumble into live conservatoire-level music on International Music Day.
Free entry
