Lasnamäe closes its 33rd birthday week with a lakeside open-air concert in Pae park. Tanel Padar opens at 7:30 PM and the veteran Estonian band Mahavok headline at 9:45 PM, with a water and light show staged on the lake to run alongside the music. It is the loudest night of the district's festival week.
