Tomeu Penya is the closest thing Mallorca has to a national songwriter — country-inflected Catalan songs that three generations of the island know by heart — sharing the fiesta stage with the veteran dance band Orquestra Oasis. This is the big free open-air night of the Sant Llorenç programme, and the singing back is half the show.
