Havaneres are the Catalan-Cuban sea songs that coastal towns sing late on summer nights, and Gent des Pla bring them to S'Illot's Plaça Mollet at ten. Traditionally drunk with cremat, a flamed rum coffee. Free to attend and about as seasonal as Mallorcan summer gets.
