Three walks led by the curators who actually look after the sites. Tuesday takes the Bastione Ardeatino where the Aurelian walls meet open countryside; Wednesday untangles why the tower on Largo Argentina is not Torre Argentina at all; Thursday opens the Casina del Cardinal Bessarione, a Renaissance retreat on the Via Appia most Romans have never been inside.
