About this event
Celio Stellato turns the garden of the Celio Azzurro school, metres from the Colosseum, into an open-air screening room for a fortnight. Tonight's film opens the run. Deck chairs, cicadas and one of the most improbable cinema locations in Rome, run by Nightswim with the city's backing.
Why we picked it
Free open-air cinema in a walled garden beside the Palatine — the location alone justifies the trip.
Free entry
Free entry — Roma Capitale's page states 'Ingresso: libero e gratuito'.
