About this event
Sixteen Latvian choirs take the stage of the Riga Latvian Society's Great Hall to celebrate conductor and composer Ārijs Šķepasts at 65: his own best-loved songs plus his emotive folk-song arrangements that have become staples of the Latvian choral repertoire. A big, generous gathering of the country's choir community — and free.
Why we picked it
Sixteen choirs in one historic hall: Latvian song culture at full scale.
