About this event
Riga turns 825 and marks it with twelve hours of programming along the Daugava embankment beneath the Old Town. Stages run from mid-afternoon until two in the morning, with concerts, street performance and the city's biggest crowd of the year gathering on the waterfront. It is the anchor day of a month-long festival that also fills Dome Square and Vermanes Garden.
