Double bassist Petr Dvorský, one of the biggest names on the Czech jazz scene, leads an evening of familiar and less familiar standards in fresh arrangements at Jazz Republic. The club runs from eight until midnight with a second set from half past ten, so latecomers are not shut out. Free admission, 18 and over.
