About this event
At five in the morning, bands of musicians set off along separate routes through Pollença, playing the town awake on the feast of the Mare de Déu dels Àngels. Doors open, neighbours hand out drinks, and a few hundred people who never went home follow the music. Utterly free, utterly local, and the single most atmospheric hour of the Mallorcan festival calendar.
