About this event
The Cassini map was the first survey of an entire country plotted geometrically: 181 sheets which, laid out, run eleven metres by twelve. The National Archives museum shows it in the Hôtel de Soubise in the Marais as both historical document and monumental object. Free entry during the museum's daytime opening hours.
