About this event

Jay Leonhart has spent decades as one of New York's busiest studio bassists while also singing his own wry, conversational songs — hence the title. He plays with Tokyo-born pianist Tomoko Ohno, and afterwards talks about his book in the Fondation's Carnegie library. Sixteenth edition of a jazz series inside the Cité internationale universitaire.

Why we picked it

A New York jazz veteran playing an hour free, with a book conversation afterwards.
