About this event
Ramon Llull, Mallorca's thirteenth-century polymath, built a combinatorial logic machine of rotating paper discs — and this lecture traces the line from that Ars Magna to modern artificial intelligence and to Renaissance humanism. Held in Spanish at Can Balaguer, the restored townhouse-museum on carrer de la Unió. Entry is free but the room's capacity is limited, so come early.
Why we picked it
Palma's own medieval logician reframed as an ancestor of AI, argued for free inside a restored Palma townhouse.
