About this event
Sara Miñana keeps bees and makes honey under the name Sa Mel·lífera, and she spends this session on how honey, propolis and royal jelly actually get collected. Then everyone makes a candle from wax gathered in Mallorca by native bees. Held for Rural and Artisan Women's Day at the Consell's crafts library. Adults only, free, book ahead.
Why we picked it
You leave with a candle made from Mallorcan wax, and the beekeeper who collected it taught you how.
