Palma's African reading group meets at the Son Gotleu library to discuss Ngũgĩ wa Thiong'o's Decolonising the Mind, the Kenyan writer's argument for abandoning English in favour of African languages. Son Gotleu is one of the most diverse barris in the city, which gives the choice of text and the room itself real weight. Free activity, Saturday morning.
