About this event

In "I and Thou" (1923) the Jewish philosopher Martin Buber divided human experience into meaningful I-Thou encounters and merely functional I-It relations. Artist-philosopher Henrik Holm and storyteller Mimesis Heidi Dahlsveen approach that idea through narrative, philosophical reflection and classical piano rather than lecture. The Jewish Museum in Oslo also awards its culture prize for the second time during the evening.

Why we picked it

Philosophy delivered as storytelling and live piano, with a prize ceremony attached.
