About this event
Mela takes over the square in front of Oslo City Hall for a weekend of multicultural art and music, drawing tens of thousands across three days. It has been Norway's main showcase for music from beyond Europe for two decades, staged on the waterfront with the fjord as a backdrop, and it stays free.
