About this event
Riverside Park's dogs do Halloween: a costumed canine procession through the park interior, finishing at Ellington in the Park, with a costume contest for the committed. Spectating costs nothing and requires nothing — bring a dog, or just bring yourself and watch several hundred of them go past in fancy dress.
