About this event
The PuppetMobile's Brooklyn stop for City Parks Foundation's 2026 season: a New York Pinocchio in which Geppetto is a city kid with a talent for invention and Pinocchio is the robot friend he builds. Hand-made marionettes, original orchestrated songs, an hour long, played outdoors in a neighbourhood park for all ages.
Why we picked it
An hour of real marionette theatre in a local park at no cost — the kind of Saturday-morning outing that normally costs a theatre ticket, and the only free dated children's theatre found in Brooklyn this window.
Free entry
City Parks Foundation's listing sets the cost field to "Free".
