About this event
The 2026 cohort of Arts Center residents open their studio doors on Governors Island, showing work in progress rather than finished pieces — the closest most people get to seeing how a piece is actually built. Artist activations run through the afternoon across the building, and Lower Manhattan Cultural Council keeps the format deliberately informal: wander in, ask questions, leave when you like. Pairs with LMCC's Homecoming programme on the same day.
