Brooklyn Public Library's Red Hook pop-up branch marks Hispanic Heritage Month with a session of stories, finger rhymes and open play for the very youngest readers. All ages from nought to five are welcome with a caregiver. Forty-five relaxed minutes in a neighbourhood library that has been running out of temporary premises since the flooding.
