About this event
The volunteer-run Downtown Boathouse lends sit-on-top kayaks for short paddles in the protected Hudson River embayment north of Pier 26. There are no reservations: volunteers give basic paddling instruction, and no experience is needed, but you must be able to swim. 4:30pm is when the last boats go out, so arrive early.
