About this event

Pritzker laureate Francis Kéré comes to the Center for Architecture to talk about Spirits Out of Trees, the book on his practice of building with earth, shade and local labour from Burkina Faso to Benin. An Archtober centrepiece and one of the few chances to hear a working Pritzker winner in New York for nothing.

Why we picked it

A Pritzker Prize architect in conversation, free to the general public — rare at this level.
