About this event
Luce López-Baralt, the Puerto Rican scholar best known for her work on Spanish mysticism, presents a book on the Republican exiles who rebuilt their lives in San Juan — the teachers, poets and doctors who left Spain in 1939 and remade a university. A free evening of history that is still politically live.
