About this event
The opening parade of Madrid's Hispanidad festival takes over Gran Vía with floats, folklore troupes, music and costume from across the Spanish-speaking world — the United States is this year's guest country. It is a street spectacle in the most literal sense: no ticket, no seating plan, just a couple of hours on the pavement of Madrid's busiest boulevard.
