About this event
Europe's largest street festival takes over Notting Hill for the August Bank Holiday, with mas bands in feathered costume, steel pan orchestras, sound systems and Caribbean food stalls lining the parade route. Sunday is Family Day, opening with the pre-dawn J'ouvert procession and a dedicated children's parade; Monday is the main Adults' Day parade — both are free to attend.
