A municipal library in Telheiras hosts an unlikely and rather wonderful double bill: fado singer Inês Coito alongside rapper Don Fran, trading verse between two traditions that share more than they admit. Library concerts in Lisbon are small, warm and genuinely local affairs, and this one puts two strong voices in a room that seats far fewer people than they deserve.
