A public installation on the wooden deck outside BLOX that broadcasts good news - progress, new ideas and workable answers to large problems - as an antidote to the usual feed. Talks and small events run alongside it. It sits right on the harbour front, so it works as a stop on a waterfront walk rather than a destination in itself.
