Copenhagen's standing Saturday flea market fills Israels Plads beside Torvehallerne and Nørreport, a square of trestle tables heaped with second-hand clothes, records, kitchenware and household oddments. Locals come to sell as much as to buy, so haggling is expected and the mood is sociable. Free to walk through; you only pay if you take something home.
