About this event
Sigrid Jung of the Cologne police and Olga Fröhlich of the NRW consumer centre walk through the current scams — the shock phone call about an injured relative, the fake PayPal call, the water-board man who must come inside — and the quieter risk of handing a trusted person power of attorney. Part of the Kriminalpräventiver Rat series with the Cologne VHS.
