About this event
A costume parade around the track at the Dr. Conrad Worrill Track and Field Center — an indoor 200m facility on the far South Side, which makes this the one Halloween parade in the city that cannot be rained off. One hour, registration via the Park District page.
Why we picked it
An indoor Halloween parade on a championship running track: weatherproof and faintly absurd.
