ARCUB hands Piața Revoluției back to pedestrians for a week, planting a temporary garden across one of Bucharest's most loaded public squares and filling it with activities. It is the city's argument, made physically, that the square can be somewhere to linger rather than somewhere to drive around. Five days of it still fall inside this window.
