About this event
The preliminary rounds are where the competition is at its rawest: young cellists, then violinists, then pianists play full programmes to a jury and whoever else walks in. Sessions run through the day at the music university's George Enescu Hall, and the doors are open to the public at no charge for the whole stretch.
