On the first Sunday of every month the City of Brussels opens its Sewer Museum free of charge, and 4 October is the next dated occurrence. The museum sits inside a working section of the city's Victorian sewer network under the Porte d'Anderlecht — the Senne still runs beneath your feet. Guided tours run on the day but must be booked, as places are limited.
