About this event
A roundtable at the Instituto Cervantes on where the European Union actually stands, taking Claudi Pérez's new book Las invasiones bárbaras as its starting point. The discussion traces how 9/11, China's rise, the financial crisis, the pandemic and the wars in Ukraine and Gaza have reshaped the international order — and what decisions the EU now faces. Pérez, an international correspondent, joins the panel.
Why we picked it
A serious, free EU-politics roundtable in the Brussels quarter where those arguments actually get settled.
