About this event
The third of the Maison des Arts' bicentenary shows turns from the house to its garden. Vast when the country villa was built in 1826, it was cut back sharply by the urbanisation that swallowed the neighbourhood after 1865. What survives — an English-style family garden and its terraces — becomes the subject.
