On Ochi Day the National Archaeological Museum drops its admission charge for everyone, not just for selected groups. That means the Mycenaean gold, the Antikythera Mechanism and the Artemision Bronze for nothing on a national holiday when central Athens is already out on the street for the parade. Last entry is twenty minutes before closing, so go early.
